Sunlit marble bank lobby

For privately held community banks

Post interest.
Stay in control.

A private board for your existing shareholders. They post if they may want to buy or sell shares. You keep the roster, the approvals, and the transfer rules. Money and title still move through your counsel, the way they do today.

Issuer-paid software. Shareholders pay nothing. No platform fees.

Invitation only.

Your roster decides who sees the board. There is no public company directory and no cross-issuer browse.

Interest, not a sale.

Holders post a notice of interest. Posts are not tickets, and Shareholder Center does not complete a sale.

You stay in charge.

You keep the roster, the approvals, and the transfer rules. Money and title still move through your counsel.

How a post works

Five steps. The last one stays off-platform, with counsel and the transfer agent.

  1. 1

    The issuer invites existing holders.

  2. 2

A holder posts buy or sell interest.

  3. 3

Invited holders may send a message on that post.

  4. 4

Someone notifies the issuer of an intended transfer.

  5. 5

Counsel and the transfer agent finish any transfer off-platform.
